Dance: Graciella repeatedly urges us to be brazen like the rest and to dance out the steps of our destiny.
There is a type of person, that we view from afar, who jumps forward into adventure and seemingly risky activities. These are the actions that others hold back from standing on the sidelines watching, hoping that they too could have courage to make their dreams come true.
The backstory usually goes unknown. Unless we work with these creatively blooming souls we aren’t aware of their personal experiences. We aren’t aware of the hours spent in the practice of the dance. We are never privy to the cross-training exercises that were employed in order to tap those steps out in patterns that seem beyond our reach.
Today, I will attend to my practice. I will dance my dance and if I falter, I will continue practicing until I dance the steps that I envision.
